I'm beyond excited to announce that there is a new album available, “Thankful”, in both physical and digital form! Seven tracks featuring Ed Stalling on drums, Jennifer Slayden on cello, Travis Yost on bass and myself on vocals, acoustic and electric guitars and mandolin. In addition to six songs of mine, we recorded a very cool, unique arrangement of “Take Me To The River” by Al Green, also made famous by the Talking Heads. The album came about through a generous grant from the Montana Arts Council.
We are celebrating the release of the album on two nights, back to back: Friday, November 3rd at Ten Spoon Winery and Saturday, November 4th at Draught Works Brewery. The first night will be Jenn and Ed and I, and the Saturday show will include the whole group with Travis joining in.
You can purchase the album at these shows, any of my shows and at Rockin Rudy's in Missoula.** You can download the album or singles right her on this website as well as on iTunes, Amazon and any of your favorite download sites. (** If you'd really like a CD and don't live in Missoula or can't get to a show, send me a personal email, and we'll work it out!)
This is the first fully studio recorded group album I've released since, well, “In This Place” exactly 20 years ago. I'm really proud of what everyone brought to the table in these collaborations, and I'm confident you'll enjoy the tunes!
Thanks as always for your support!
